Suman Kalyan Ghosh is a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager with almost a decade of experience in software development using Java/Kotlin, data structure and algorithms. He has a strong knowledge of Spring modules, including Spring Reactive Webflux, Spring API Gateway, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring AOP, as well as good knowledge of NoSQL databases like Cloud Spanner DB, MongoDB, and SQL DBs like PostgreSQL. In his previous role as a Technical Lead at Publicis Sapient, he designed and developed a Colleague Management System for Tesco from scratch. The application is currently running with 30TPS and is being used by 12K+ users across 600 Tesco stores. The project was well-received and appreciated by the business stakeholders and Tesco leadership. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Yantriks (Acquired by Blue Yonder), where he was part of a scratch development project for Macy's Inventory Management System and Kohl's Cloud Migration Team. Suman holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Engineering from Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Kolkata.
